This website presents information about The Tiara, a residential development at Group Housing 2, Medicity, New Chandigarh, Punjab 140901, by Sham Jewellers and Exotic Group. It is operated by an authorised channel partner for the purpose of handling customer enquiries. This policy explains what we collect when you submit an enquiry, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through an enquiry form on this site:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- The apartment configuration you indicated an interest in
Alongside your submission we record basic technical context: the page you submitted from, the referring website, the date and time, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example Google Ads utm_source, utm_campaign or gclid values). This tells us which advertisement or channel your enquiry came from.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any financial information, identity document numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal data through this website.
How we use it
- To call, message or email you about your enquiry
- To share pricing, floor plans, payment plans and availability
- To arrange a site visit at Medicity, New Chandigarh
- To measure which advertising campaigns are producing genuine enquiries
By submitting an enquiry you authorise us and our representatives to contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp in connection with this project. This consent applies even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or under the DND / NCPR service, for the limited purpose of responding to the enquiry you made.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the sales team handling this project and, where required to process a booking, with the developer, Sham Exotic Group. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
We use standard service providers to run this website and our advertising — for example website hosting, form and spreadsheet services, and Google Ads and Google Analytics for campaign measurement. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies and measurement
This site stores a small amount of information in your browser: the campaign parameters from your visit, and a record of whether you have already submitted an enquiry so that we do not show you the enquiry dialog again. If advertising tags are active, Google may also set cookies to measure conversions. You can clear or block these at any time in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our sales records, and then deleted. If you ask us to erase your details sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep them for a legal or contractual reason.
